So here is my Healthy Blogger Pledge:
For every comment posted to my blog, I will do 2 push-ups. That's right: for the amount of energy it takes you to to add a comment to my blog, I will expend enough energy for not one, but TWO push-ups!
I figured I really needed to be working on my upper-body strength between now and black belt testing. I know I'll have to be able to do at least 50 push-ups without passing out or throwing up on the mat, and right now 20 is a struggle for me. So here is your chance to help me prepare!
