Thanks...I Think

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Gary, Becky, Mat, and of course Sensei-Hubby for lending some support to my plan to exercise for comments. I did 24 pushups Sunday and a whopping 34 pushups yesterday (although, to be perfectly honest, I did have to stop twice yesterday to avoid passing out).

I would like to also take this opportunity to thank everyone for NOT commenting today - 20 pushups should be a piece of cake after yesterday!

34 is nice.

Do you do 4 for longer comments?

Sensei Hubby has the nicest plan ever :D
Being in a fit-a-thon myself, I can only say : keep it up.
Hey, I broke the 190lbs barrier. Yay! Now at 189

I may not otherwise have left a comment, but since it's for a good cause, could you please do two quality push-ups for me? I would really appreciate it! :)

What do you mean NOT comment? Pushups are the bane of my exisience. When I first got out of Navy boot camp, I could do 100 without even thinking about it. Now, I struggle to get through 10. Of course, it's been 18 years since boot camp.

I am happy to help you with your goal so I thought that I'd add a comment here to show support.

I'll be doing a great many push ups myself ( but I have to do adapted ones right now because my right shoulder is injured.. will that be ok?)
