signs of aging

Is it a bad thing when your shoulders pop with every pushup? It certainly doesn't feel (or sound) like a good thing.

Well, I'm going to say it's not a bad thing, because my hip cracks/pops everytime I do a side kick. I'm blaming it on loose joints from two childbirths. We'll just have to think of a good excuse for yours! ;-)

You're doing really well with the challenge. Keep it up. I have slacked off on sparring to avoid potential injury until after I test on Saturday. I hope to spar after testing!

Could have something to do with the fact that pushups are the very first thing I do in the mornings (well, after a brief stop in the bathroom and pulling my hair back). Maybe I should stretch a little first...but that would just cut into my morning computer time more.

I haven't had a chance to spar since I decided that would be part of my challenge :( I need to rope Sensei-Hubby into sparring lessons after class...but it's always so hard to pull him away from the other students after class. He's pretty popular :p
